This is an era of overbooking and overworking. So here we always want a balancing lifestyle which need not take over caring.Teas are an example. Different types of teas not only giving refresh mood but healthy and balancing keys. Here one more healthy tea i am saying, Fenugreek tea.
Method of preparation:
Rather than a tea,it is said to be a health drink which can be used instead of bed coffee or tea for starting of a good morning. It is very easy to prepare.. take-mix-use way.
🔹 Take half to 1 teaspoon of fenugreek in a pan and roast it. In mild hot make it into powder.
🔹 take the powder-mix with half glass of hot water -drink in every morning in empty stomach.
🔹 if you want small quantity of lemon juice and honey.
🔹 for diabetic patients you can add cinnamon powder as a sweetener.
Benefits:
🔹Fenugreek is rich in fibre. Also it is a source of antioxidant.
🔹 it can be used in digestive problems like a gas trouble belly pain etc
🔹 the water boiled with fenugreek can be used as a drinking water for constipation and piles.
