 ഇന്നത്തെ കാലത്ത് ഏറ്റവും കൂടുതൽ കേൾക്കുന്ന ഒരു പദമാണ് mindfulness.മാനസിക സംഘർഷങ്ങൾക്കും  വൈകാരിക പ്രശ്നങ്ങൾക്കും  ഡിപ്രഷനും ഒക്കെ ഈ കാലഘട്ടത്തിന്റെ  ഭീകരമായ അവസ്ഥകൾ ആയി മാറുന്നത്  പ്രധാനകാരണമാണ് mindfulness എന്ന വസ്തുതയുടെ അപര്യാപ്തതയാണ് . ഒ ന്നിനും ഒരു ഒരു സമാധാനം  കിട്ടാതിരിക്കുക, ഒന്നില്ലെങ്കിൽ ഭൂതകാലത്തിന്റെ വേദനകൾ  തികട്ടി വരുന്നു അല്ലെങ്കിൽ ഭാവികാലം ഭൂതം പോലെ പൊങ്ങി വാ തുറന്നു നിൽക്കുന്നു ഇതല്ലാതെ വർത്തമാനകാലത്തിൽ ഓരോ നിമിഷങ്ങളും നമ്മൾ എത്ര  മനോഹാരിതയിൽ കൈകാര്യം ചെയ്യുന്നു...നാമറിയാതെ ഈ നിമിഷങ്ങൾ ഒക്കെ എത്ര വേഗമാണ്  നമ്മെ കടന്നുപോകുന്നത് എന്ന് ചിന്തിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ടോ??  ഈ നിമിഷം..അതിനെക്കുറിച്ചുള്ള ബോധം..അതിൽ ജീവിക്കാൻ നമുക്ക് എത്രപേർക്ക് സാധിക്കും... ഇന്നത്തെ ദിവസത്തിന്റെ തുടക്കം  മുതൽ ഈ നിമിഷം വരെ നാം ഓർക്കുന്നുണ്ടോ?? എന്തൊക്കെ കാര്യങ്ങളാണ് നമ്മൾ ചെയ്യുന്നത്? എന്തൊക്കെ കാര്യങ്ങൾ നമ്മൾ പഞ്ചേന്ദ്രിയങ്ങൾ വഴി തലച്ചോറിന്റെ പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങൾ വഴി കൈകാലുകൾ ഉപയോഗിച്ച്  ആസ്വദിച്ച് ചെയ്തത്  ഇക്കാര്യങ്ങൾ ഉൾക്കൊണ്ടുകൊണ്ട്  ഞാൻ ജീവ...

എന്നും നന്മയുടെയും സാത്വികതയുടെയും മുഖമുദ്ര ആയ എന്റെ അച്ഛന് സമർപ്പിക്കുന്നു 🥰🙏🏻 No:4 *120 വയസ്സാണ് മനുഷ്യന്റെ പൂർണായുസ്സ്, 33വയസ്സ് വരെ ഹ്രസ്വായുസ്സും, 66 വയസ്സ് വരെ മദ്ധ്യായുസ്സും, 99വയസ്സ് വരെ ദീർഘായുസ്സും ആണ് കൽപ്പിക്കപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ളത്.* എന്നാൽ ഇന്ന് 60 വയസ്സുള്ള ഒരാളെ നാം വിളിക്കുന്നത് വയസ്സൻ എന്നാണ്. പകുതി വയസ്സിൽ വൃദ്ധനാവുന്നത് മനുഷ്യൻ മാത്രമാണ്.  മറ്റെല്ലാ ജീവികളും ഈശ്വരൻ /പ്രകൃതി കൊടുത്ത ആയുസ്സ് പൂർത്തിയാക്കുമ്പോൾ മനുഷ്യന് മാത്രമെന്താണ് ഈ ദുരവസ്ഥ❓ 50- മത്തെ വയസ്സിൽ പ്രമേഹത്തിനും രക്തസമ്മർദ്ദത്തിനും അടിമപ്പെട്ട് രോഗിയായി നടക്കേണ്ടി വരുന്നത് എന്തുകൊണ്ടാണ് ❓ നിങ്ങളെപ്പോഴെങ്കിലും ചിന്തിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ടോ ഇതിനെപ്പറ്റി❓ *എന്താണ് ഇതിനൊരു പരിഹാരം*❓ അതാണ് *5 P പ്രോഗ്രാം* 1.
